The Congress Venue:
The 2009 EMSP Annual Congress will be held at the Crowne Plaza City Centre Hotel, Brussels offering best conference facilities and accomodation.
The Crowne Plaza City Centre Hotel is located most centrally and is 10 –15 minutes from Midi Railway Station and 25 minutes from Zaventem International Airport.

Accommodation:
A pool of rooms has been reserved for the nights 13th to 15th May, 2009 till February 3, 2009 at the Crowne Plaza City Centre Hotel, Rue Gineste 3, 1210 Brussels at the rate of €190 for a single room and €217,50 for a double room, breakfast included. The rate for the night 15th to 16th May is €110 for a single and €137,50 for a double room including breakfast.

Criteria For Attendance:
Delegates attending should be the CEO of your MS Society (who ideally should be the Council delegate participating in the Council meeting on May 15, too) and a key staff person or volunteer responsible for specific issues related to health care facilities for people with MS. If you are one of the 6 countries who participate in the MS‐ID programme, please send those people involved in addition. Furthermore, neurologists, statisticians, PR persons and anyone else interested in the issue of a European MS Register and/or in the European Code of Good Practice, the Consensus Papers and the MS Barometer are more than welcome to attend our conference.
We also count on numerous participation by external guests from the European Parliament, the European Commission, industry and other interested parties.

As in our past spring conferences, travel costs and accommodation are on your own.
